Balanced budgets without raising property taxes; upgrading the City’s bond rating; tripling of the City’s ‘Rainy Day Fund,’ and expanding the Senior Tax Relief program.

A new, state-of-the-art Amphitheater; the largest ever investment in street paving; a $129M investment in Bassick High School; and reconstruction of the Congress Street Bridge.

Over $2B in new housing & commercial developments; 400 waterfront housing units at Steelpointe; 300 new market-rate units in Black Rock; and 100 new residential units in Downtown North.
